Twentieth Judicial District

The 20th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has a proud tradition of protecting and serving the people of this district through tough, fair prosecutions and progressive prevention and intervention efforts. Our purpose is to protect and serve the citizens, fight for victims and speak for those who otherwise would have no voice. Our goal is to make this district a safe and better place for our families to live, work and go to school. We seek to punish criminals, rehabilitate juvenile offenders and seek restitution for victims of crime.

The 20th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney’s Office serves the citizens of Faulkner, Searcy, and Van Buren Counties. We maintain an office in each of the three counties. This website is designed to provide information on the services we provide, office news, community awareness programs and preventative information.
