VICTIM SERVICES

The Victim Services Center of the Prosecuting Attorney's Office assists victims throughout the criminal process. The Victim Advocates provide information about the criminal court process, notification about case developments, emotional support throughout the court process, accompaniment to meetings and court proceedings, assistance with matters of restitution, property recovery, referrals to other community services, assistance in seeking reimbursement through the Arkansas Crime Victims Reparations Board for various expenses, special programs for domestic abuse victims and assistance in registering for victim notification through the VINE Electronic Notification System and/or the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Additionally, victim advocates provide assistance to victims who are seeking an Order of Protection from an abuser.
